Garlic Fried Chicken

oh my goodness..... so.good.

2TBSP garlic powder
1tsp pepper
1tsp salt
1tsp paprika
1/2 c seasoned bread crumbs
1c flour
1/2 c milk
1 egg
4 chicken breasts
1c oil for frying

In a shallow dish, mix together the garlic powder, pepper, salt, paprika, bread crumbs, and flour.
In separate dish, whisk together the egg and milk.

Heat the oil in the electric skillet (350)  I also added a stick of butter
Dip the chicken into the egg and milk, then dredge in dry ingredients until evenly coated.

Fry the chicken in the hot oil for about 5 minutes per side, or until chicken cooked through.

Doesn't this look amazing?  It tastes even better than it looks... this is a MUST TRY!!!!
