if you look to the right you'll notice that I have a 2010 goals list... um, I have failed miserably at these goals! I know that I still have nearly 2 months left to accomplish these things but seriously, can you imagine me losing 40 lbs in just 2 months? yeah me either! and I wanted to read a book a month, failed miserably at this, I didn't even read 1 this YEAR! No no I take that back, I read Mercy this year but it took me about 6 months and wasn't even that great of a book. So, let me revise my 2010 GOALS:
lose 5 lbs
read 1 book
clean my closet
Ok, these things seem a little bit more attainable so I'm gonna give it a shot! I do however want to point out that I did complete one of my original goals, I ran a 5K.
And not only did I run 1 5K, I ran 5!!!! Go me!

Well, that's way more than I could accomplish in the 'fitness' department. Good for you.
Ohhh...I just have to share coffee tips. I'm a coffee-aholic. I start first thing in the morning and drink it all day.
Since I love the flavored creamers, I like coffee to have some 'substance', but don't want it rank or bitter. I use 1/4 c. Folgers Classic Roast (Medium) to 10 cups water.
I have also added a couple of healthy dashes of cinnamon or nutmeg to my grounds before brewing. It's just a hint of flavor to the coffee, but it smells soooo good when it's brewing.
My current favorite flavored creamer is the Sweet Italian Cream...but I change 'favorites' on a regular basis. I think my tastes are changing to Carmel Macchiato. ;-)
